The STOPKiT® is the most efficient solution for online leak sealing and online pipe leak repair, capable of sealing leaks in just a few minutes without interrupting operations.
This advanced technology is specifically designed for online leak sealing across various applications, including oil, gas, and water leaks. It’s suitable for pipe diameters ranging from 2″ to 56″ and can be used on pipes with complex geometries like ovals, elbows, and weld irregularities.
This patented product serves as an emergency and temporary system, available in several models tailored to the pipe and hole diameter, as well as the environment—whether onshore, offshore, or subsea.
Pressure Capabilities:
For hole diameters approx. 1 Inch and under (patch size approx. 2x4 Inches), STOPKiT® can stop leaks up to 1740psi!
For hole diameters up to approx. 2 Inches (patch size approx. 4x4 Inches), it can seal leaks up to 725psi, depending on pipe diameter and temperature.
A specific patch (size approx. 2x2 Inches) is available for smaller diameters (2″ and 3″) to seal leaks up to .078 Inches with a maximum pressure of 2175psi.
The installation can be done without shutting down the line pressure.
